The company has advanced testing equipment and comprehensive product testing methods, such as metal spectrum analyzers, microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic universal testing machines, impact testing machines, Brinell hardness testers, metallographic analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, handheld spectrometers, and more than 20 testing instruments; more than 80 new equipment have been added, including a 4000T hydraulic press, D53 ring rolling machine gantry CNC machining center, CNC machining center, CNC lathe, CNC drilling machine, etc. We can produce flange forgings according to national and industry standards, as well as various special-shaped forgings with drawings provided by customers. Especially for the production and manufacturing of forged tube plate flanges on heat exchangers, there are more unique features.
